Random World Events
The world is not static. Events can trigger based on time, weather, or location.
Weather Events
- Thunderstorm: Reduces movement speed by 20%. Lightning can strike players (high damage). Opportunity: Lightning-charged materials drop from enemies.
- Heavy Fog: Reduces visibility by 50%. Enemies have reduced detection range. Opportunity: Perfect for stealth missions or avoiding combat.
Merchant Events
- Traveling Merchant: 15% spawn chance on main roads. Sells rare materials and unique recipes. Prices fluctuate ±30%.
- Black Market: 5% spawn chance in cities at night. Sells illegal items (poisons, black magic). Warning: Buying here lowers reputation with the Order.
Combat Events
- Ambush: Triggers when low health at night. 2-4 enemies spawn. Reward: Double XP.
